DESCRIPTION

Crafted from top-grade 3K real carbon fiber, this hood boasts a meticulous weave pattern that blends visual appeal with exceptional performance. The aerospace-grade carbon fiber material, optimized with a perfect carbon-to-resin ratio, delivers remarkable lightweight properties (reducing vehicle weight by up to 60% compared to OEM steel hoods) while ensuring superior hardness and impact resistance. The surface is polished to a high-gloss finish, then coated with clear coat—effectively preventing fading, chipping, and oxidation, keeping the hood looking sleek and durable.

We are specialized in multiple car models, Germany Cars, American Cars, Japanese Cars and Korean Cars, such as BMW, Audi, Bentley, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Ferrari, Ford, Honda, Infiniti, Hyundai, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Land Rover, Lexus, Maserati, Mazda, McLaren, Aston Martin, Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Porsche, Subaru, Tesla, Toyota and Volkswagen. Cover 98% car models in the market.

Installation Guide

  1. **Preparation**: Gather basic tools (socket wrench, screwdriver) and ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface with the engine cooled. Or go to a mod shop for installation
  2. **Remove Old Hood**: Open the hood and prop it securely. Disconnect the windshield washer fluid hose (if applicable), then remove the bolts securing the hinges and latches to the old hood. Carefully lift off the old hood and set it aside.
  3. **Position New Hood**: With the help of a helper (to avoid scratches), place the carbon fiber hood onto the hinges. Align the mounting holes precisely with the hinge brackets—ensure the hood is centered and the gaps between the fenders/grille are uniform.
  4. **Secure & Tighten**: Install the original bolts (or included hardware) to fasten the hood to the hinges and latches. Tighten gradually in a crisscross pattern to ensure even pressure, avoiding over-tightening that may damage the carbon fiber.
  5. **Test & Adjust**: Reconnect the washer fluid hose (if removed). Close and open the hood repeatedly to check if the latches engage smoothly. Tap the hood lightly or simulate low-speed movement to verify stability—adjust hinge positions if there’s misalignment.
  6. **Final Check**: Ensure all bolts are fully tightened, and the hood sits flush with the body. And then test the stability of the Hood by tapping or simulating driving. Avoid high-speed driving to allow the mounting points to settle.
